Great she service and advice in the shop, then ordering over the phone with the same relatively new employee. Livingston branch. Then the delivery men (from Cumbernauld), phone exactly as they said in advance and were very good with mask and overshoes when entering the house on a very wet day and took the time to explain how to assemble easily. First class all round. No other ordering process and delivery has been as good.
