The customer assistants welcomed us, let us first browse the shop, asked after a while if we would require assistance and offered us the computerised mattress test. After the test, the customer assistant went through the selection with us and guided us through trying out the 5 mattresses selected. We were given suitable pillows, offered water and given plenty of time to reach our decision.

The assistant was extremely helpful and I was delighted by the delivery date, 7 days from placing the order.
