We spoke to an employee called Robyn at your Livingston branch who was incredibly attentive, approachable and wasn’t pressuring for a sale; we felt at ease. We were offered water, used the machine to determine which mattress best suited us and were able to take our time. Robyn was very knowledgable and we spoke of the shared experience of moving house so we felt understood, she explained everything to do with the delivery in clear detail and referenced her own personal experience of the delivery process to put us at ease.
