Steph, the person to helped us, was friendly (without being over attentive as happens in shops like this). She was knowledgable, and took us through the Sleepmatch process and explained the process of choosing what options were available in making up the bed. She then left us in peace to peruse the beds. She was available when we wanted to pursue the purchase. All in all it was a pleasure.
