My partner and I were given a warm and friendly greeting by Robyn and she could have not have done more for us. Lovely touch offering water as well especially when having to wear masks for a long period of time. She was very knowledgeable about the products and gave us plenty of information to make an informed choice. Robyn is a credit to your company.

The store assistant took the time to show us different options , put us on the sleep machine thing. He didn’t try to push us with a hard sell. Very relaxed experience . We bought our bed & mattress 10yrs ago the service was excellent back then too. Quality products , superb customer service
