The store assistant took the time to show us different options , put us on the sleep machine thing. He didn’t try to push us with a hard sell. Very relaxed experience . We bought our bed & mattress 10yrs ago the service was excellent back then too. Quality products , superb customer service

The assistants were so helpful and pleasant. Me and my husband got offered a bottle of water each which was so refreshing and a very kind jesture. Our purchase went through very smoothly and quickly. The assistant was lovely.
