Paula was exceptionally helpful - giving expert advice and taking her time with us when we were enquiring, even though we she knew we had no plans of purchasing a mattress at this time. I look forward to the arrival of our new mattress. Even though the store was about to close she let us try the diagnostic machine "just out of curiosity". Staff were very friendly and helpful. Allowed us time to look around the store ourselves and were not too pushy. Took time to understand our situation (a young couple starting out in their first home together) and tailored their recommendations to our needs/budget. Ensured we got a good deal and we are very satisfied with the price we paid.
