From the minute we entered the store we were greeted, offered water, used the sleep machine and then the assistant showed us the recommended beds as I have fibromyalgia and arthritis so I needed specific advice, the girl couldn't have been more attentive, didn't rush me into a decision and offered help when needed. I would definitely return here if and when I require another bed thanks
