Thank you so much to John for helping my partner and I purchase our bed and mattress! Despite all the staff being busy with customers we were still greeted with a smile and a “hello” when we entered. We already knew what bed frame we were after but had to look for the perfect mattress to go with it. We were looking at a reduced in price mattress as it was ex-display and tested it out. We were quickly and friendly approached by John. He answered all our questions and also asked us questions to ensure he understood our needs and to ensure this mattress was right for us. He then took us over to the bed test Machine which also told us the mattress would be perfect for us. John took us over the cash desk and he was an absolute delight to sit down and chat to. He had us laughing non-stop and was just over all an absolute delight, whilst at the same time being clear and concise about the finance we were taking out. The other staff in the shop also seemed very friendly and you could tell they had respect for John as a manger. We had such a pleasant experience unlike most other stores on a Sunday! We will definitely be back in the future!

The staff were really friendly and patient allowing us as customers the time to peruse the mattresses at a comfortable pace without rushing us for the sale. We have bought our last two expensive mattresses from dreams and will most likely return for the next keep up the good work.
