We approached the assistant in the store and told her what we were looking for. She showed us what the store stocked to meet our needs . We tried out the various mattresses available and quickly decided on the one most suitable. We felt very safe in the store and not pressured into making a decision. Staff were helpful when we need clarification and the whole process was very efficient.

Our overall customer experience right from the time we entered the store till checkout was well looked after. We were looked at by Stef who was very attentive towards our requirements. Manager John was very helpful in answering some of our complex queries. We were offered refreshments and made to feel at ease throughout our shopping experience.
