On entering the store in livingston I was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable young lady .Everything I asked about the different mattresses she was extremely helpful kind and understanding .Social distancing was adhered to and I was even offered water .I have shopped in dreams before and this is why I returned because of the helpful friendly professional mannered staff .A bed is an item you need to take your time buying and its lovely to have staff who understand this and who are so lovely and helpful it almost feels like a family business .

My partner and I visited to purchase a new mattress. We found the sleep machine to be so helpful in determining the type of mattress we are best suited to as there are so many to choose from it can be quite overwhelming! Robyn took us through our matches and explained the differences between them, her knowledge is very expansive, she is a real credit to the Livingston store. Thank you Robyn!
