Robyn was fantastic at dreams livingston retail park! Her knowledge was great! Had an answer for all my questions asked! Helped me find the correct mattress by putting me on sleep match then taking me to test different brands, springs etc. Her customer service was more than expected therefor my sale was stress free and the best items bought for me!

Steph took her time explaining all mattress and worked with us to find the perfect one.

My experience with Dreams was very successful. Karen spent a lot of time with me and was extremely helpful. I was offered bottled water and hand sanitizer. Overall a very pleasant experience giving the fact we all have to wear face coverings and social distance.

Was met at the door by sales advisor karen,who was extremely polite and helpful listened to our exact needs and requirements, we were taken to the dream assessment match simulator and offered water which was lovey and cold.we were given our own pillows and protective sheets while trying out the beds which was a great peice of mind that we were hygienically safe. We got to try out a range of mattresses and we were not pushed at all to buy any of them we did go with the 1 we tried first. We were taken to a protected area to make our purchase the sales advisor there (can't remember her name) was lovely and polite and explained everything well only down side is we have to wait 5weeks for it. Extemely pleased with the service felt like very valued customers and the staff were very knowledgeable in their job.

Our sales advisor was very friendly and helpful. She talked us through the sleep motion experience which helped us to purchase the right mattress that suited us. I liked how we were also given our own time and space as a couple to think about and make decisions about the products that we wanted to buy.
