The process was smooth, efficient, and we were looked after well. Our assistant knew when to assist, and when to leave us to browse, which is a sadly disappearing art form. Really impressive young girl.

The sales assistant Robyn was very friendly and attentive. She understood our needs and showed us what was available. It was easy to place the order and she explained our payment / deliver options when the balance is due to be settled
