John the manager was amazing. He showed me a couple tempur mattresses and offered me a drink. He was not pushy and was funny. He said was from airdrie and looking forward to his holidays. The overall experience was first class.

At first i had went to another local bed shop, where the staff there did really seem happy or interested in helping out there customers, quickly left that shop and went to dreams where i was met with Lorraine, she was very cheerful and helpful and guided me through using the machine to pick the correct mattress for my needs. she also showed me a variety of mattresses at various budgets points and helped me in picking the one I bought. So in summary the staff where much more welcoming and helpful to there customers.
