Sales assistant Lorraine was very informative and friendly. We felt under no pressure to make a purchase but were glad that Lorraine was available to help us choose our products

The person that greeted us (Lorraine) was very professional whilst being very friendly. She didn't "jump" on us as soon as we walked in which I cannot stand. She guided us through choosing the correct mattress for us and seemed very knowledgeable in the things we were discussing.

On SUNDAY 19th July my husband and I visited Dreams Livingstone to have a look at your fabulous beds. We were both approached by Robyn who was very friendly. Robyn introduced my husband and I to the Sleepmatch and we both lay on the bed for approx 4minutes. We both thought this was very helpful in choosing a mattress. Robyn asked my husband and I to try out 3 different mattresses and after a short period of time we both chose the Therapur ActiGel Plus Rejuvenate 2200 D Mattress. We could not have asked for a more professional assistant for us both. Robyn also introduced the Tempur pillows which we both loved. Robyn has been exceptional throughout our visit to Dreams and would highly recommend Dreams to everyone we know. We also purchased the Detroit D End Drawer Bed frame at the same time.
