Dreams - Livingstone

Was welcomed soon after we arrived in shop. Staff very efficient and friendly. Put us through the machine to find the most appropriate mattress that suits our needs. Once done was shown a variety of mattresses to suit us both. During this time the assistant was very helpful and encouraging us to try the various mattresses. Also was extremely impressed regarding our health and safety during our visit to the extent would definitely recommend shop to friends and family.

I was buying a new mattress and used the bed/machine which helps work out what type of mattress is suitable. It was an interesting experience and the sales assistant (Steph at the Livingston branch) was lovely and extremely friendly, cheerful and helpful. A pleasure to deal with. All in all, a pleasant shopping experience.

Our overall experience from entering the store to being greeted by customer service assistant Steph, to mentioning the product we where looking for, to Steph then showing us a product that fitted our description, then checking the product out to being satisfied that it would fulfill our needs, and match with the colour scheme in mind, then once we moved to the checkout/final sales area of which was socially distance formatted etc, once our order was created and details entered into the system we where a little despondent as to have to wait 10 weeks for delivery, however due to the current covid-19 situation we totally understand.
