The assistants were very helpful and understood the need for the kind of mattress that we needed.we were offered water and asked if we were comfortable with the social distance procedure in the store which we totally were.friendly staff and spotless store.thanks to everyone in the store.

We were welcomed immediately, all hygiene rules easily explained. Given good advice to help us find a product we needed, and was all bought and organised quickly. I'm delighted it was so quick and easy to do.

Lorraine was very friendly and attentive she took me through a test to see what mattress would suit me and had me try 4 mattresses before I decided on one. I was then left to look at frames but she was not far away when I had questions. I was offered a drink on more than one occasion by different members of staff. I was not pressurised to buy.
