Very welcoming staff as soon as I entered the store. Hand sanitiser available and clear guidance on social distancing. Robyn was very helpful and provided lots of information but also gave me time to try different mattresses.

I ordered a bed for my daughter and when purchasing decided to order the same bed again for my spare room. On returning home I realised this bed was going to be too big, so range Lorraine straight away asking to change the second bed to a smaller design. This was done very swiftly and professionally within 30 mins. Customer service was outstanding.
