The assistant Robyn was polite and friendly listened to what I would like in a new bed she showed us several products that were appropriate explaining the benefits and features of each one then gave us some time alone to look and make up our minds after we decided which bed we wanted she placed our order and was very friendly and made the process easy. Would recommend the shopping experience to others.
