The store manager John provided us with excellent customer service. We used the sleepmatch machine to provide the best solution for our mattress. We proceeded to try out 5 different types of mattresses until we made our choice. We explained our budget which John was more than happy to help us achieve without trying to push through higher sales for something we didn't require. Made to feel welcome by offering tea or coffee during our time in store. Really happy with our purchase and the attention to detail as well as the excellent customer service provided by John

A very good selection of beds in store ,and a first class sales assistant ,I would go back for any bed item .i was made very welcome ,and picking a mattress very easy
