I don't have any reason to fault the staff in the store. We were welcomed by staff and left to browse freely. Staff were available when we needed them and were helpful - even offered a cup of tea, which was a nice touch. Order process was simple. All in all it took around an hour to browse, decide, negotiate and order. Excellent

I were out to purchase a mattress with a limited amount of cash. Upon entry of the Livingston store I was greeted with a warm welcome from a member of staff named Lorraine. She brilliantly shown me just what I could get within my price range and was a pleasure to deal with. Give this lady a pay rise! No hassle saleswoman

Excellent service

We were attended very quickly, had 2 kids with us but the assistants were fabulous with them too and allowed us and the kids to try as many mattresses as we needed whilst helping chat to the kids and keep them entertained to allow us to discuss our choices We shopped at Livingston store and Robyn was our advisor! Nothing was any trouble for her

We were greeted as we enteted the store. Then taken onto the bed to determine ehat type of mattrress we needed. We wete offered tea and coffee snd were shown suitable mattresses, encouraged to try them and offered a period to try at home.

Lorraine was exceptional at her job. She greeted us with a friendly smile and made us feel welcome. We went on the Sleepmatch machine which was great. We had coffee which you don't get anywhere else. Nothing was a problem for Lorraine. You could tell she loves her job. She is an asset to Livingston. Lorraine took us to a couple mattresses and even spoke to us about size of our mattress as we were thinking of changing from a king to superking. We were given cool tempur pillows which are out of this world. We were given enough information about bed cover and Lorraine was not pushy but gave us the facts about it all. Lorraine has a great personality and loves to laugh and make the experience fun rather than a chore. I enjoyed every minute. In the end we bought a divan with guys building it for us and bed cover on the base and mattress. We took pillows away with us which we love. Really enjoyable experience for us both. Loved that Lorraine thanked us and shook our hand when we were leaving and re assuring us of our order. All in all amazing 1st class service.
