Robyn sled is if we needed any assistance, we didn’t so she left us alone until we asked her for assistance, she was knowledgeable on the products, friendly, have us the opportunity to use the computer thing that you lie on and listen to the instructions etc.

Helpful staff, sleep match experience what narrowed down choice and helped make decision (otherwise difficult to make - trying each mattress for 1 min many of them feels comfortable!), were offered water we gladly enjoyed and overall quick service, Saturday delivery for free.

The staff were very helpful not over intrusive while we browsed and when we had browsed they came over asking if we needed assistance in picking right bed for us took my husbands health issues into consideration, showed us the recommended products due to system analysis and were not pushy in anyway very knowledgeable and help us to pick correct product for us and assisted us with choosing correct pillows according to our needs..provided us with bottled water whilst we were in store and friendly but courteous. Pleasant to deal with.

On entering the store it was bright & welcoming. We were given the opportunity to look around at first & then to discuss our needs in some detail. We were dealt with with knowledge of the products, humour & solicitude. Could not ask for a better experience.

Greeted by the manager on arrival who was very friendly and very welcoming. He then passed us to Jon who asked questions to find out what we were looking for. He was extremely attentive without being pushy… he even offered us bottles of water! Jon recommend different options and pillows and urged us to take our time to try them out. When we said we were going to look at other options/shops which were in the vicinity, Jon urged us to do so but asked that we tried out like for like mattresses. In benson for beds we did find the same mattress for £100 less, but the service we received was way below what John offered so decided to return and make our purchase via him. He is an absolute credit to your company!

The customer service we received from start to finish was excellent.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and helped us understand the product. We weee given all the information needed and Sam also had good knowledge on the bed cover. The shop was very warm, we were given cold bottled water and even our kids were entertained.
