We were helped through all the process of finding the right mattress for our bodies and sleep habits and advised on the best choice. Also we found Lorraine to be patient and friendly even if we left the store to come back only half an hour before closing time to confirm our choice and purchase the mattress.

Robyn took the time to understand my needs and was very quick in recommending a bed and mattress that suited my needs.

I was impressed by the wonderful sleep match technology and how it could find a mattress most suited both to my physical needs and budget. The assistants were excellent and took time to explain the products.

The service from Robyn was outstanding from start to finish. I initially went in for a look after doing some homework and straight off the bat I was greeted with a warm smile and a cracking cup of tea. I thought I had it figured out but Robyn took the time to understand my needs and supported me through the customer journey with honest advice and guidance. The whole experience was about getting it right for me and the level of attention she paid to myself, my brother, and his partner was 5 star. I was particularly impressed with her product knowledge and at no point did we feel pressured or like certain brands were being pushed; just impartial advice about what was best suited for our requirements. After sleeping on it for a bit, I came back the next day for another cup of tea and went for a bed frame, mattress, mattress protector, pillows, and duvet. I ended up going for something different than what I'd researched on-line and I'm so happy that I visited the store. I feel like I've got a completely tailored set-up, at a great price, and it's all being delivered and assembled exactly when I need it. Can't recommend Robyn and the Livingston store enough!
