Lorraine was super helpfeul and fully explained the sleep match system which helped pick out the perfect matress for my daughter

The sales adviser, Robyn, was excellent. I had loads of questions which she answered perfectly and with lots of product knowledge. She used the machine to find us the most suitable mattress type which I had no idea about before - have always thought that I suited a soft or medium bed but found that 'very firm' was my outcome. She listened to us and found us the perfect pillows to compliment our new bed. The other store members were lovely too and made the experience, which I was dreading, very enjoyable.

The salesman was friendly, interested, informed and made the choice and purchase easy. A refreshing experience.

Any questions i had were answered by John right away who was very informative regarding the different product types. Didn't feel pressured, instead we were encouraged to make sure we were making the right decision

From entering the store it was very welcoming. The young lady who assisted me on my purchase was very friendly and helpful. She had a good knowledge of the products she was selling. She was also very patient and accommodating as I have difficulty walking .

My assistant Robyn at the Livingston branch was amazing she listened to what we wanted and didn’t want and gave her professional opinion I felt she wasn’t pushing for a sale and felt really relaxed she gave us time to browse but was then when we needed her to answer any questions She’s a credit to your store
