The sales assistant, Robyn, helped us to use the sleepmatch system and then led us through the choices, without hurrying or pressuring us, and allowed us the time to decide on the product we wished to purchase, and the payment choices available. Overall we were happy with our experience.

The Manager John was brilliant. He ensured he listened carefully and then recommended products leaving us adequate time to test and discuss between us before coming back. He was well informed on the products as well as whether it looked like the right product for us based on us testing the mattress. He was really clear on the 40 night trial which added reassurance for our decision making. We also did the Sleep Match machine which was interesting but different from the product we had opted for.

Everything was smooth from start to finishing and the coffee and chocolates were a lovely touch
