I was attended to by the store manager John, I am 71 years old and have disabilities, he understood my needs and was very attentive. He was polite and made sure that I was happy with my purchase spending as much time with me as I needed.

When we entered the store we were greeted by Lorraine who pointed us in the right direction to what we were looking for. She respected that we wanted time to look and was very helpful when we were ready to choose a mattress. She did analysing machine with us and during this offered us tea or coffee. Once the Sleepmatch was complete sh took us to the appropriate mattresses where we chose one to suit our budget. She brought pillows for us to try the mattresses. We chose the Cromwell Mattress and she asked if we needed pillows etc. We then purchased 4 pillows at half price. She explained about guarantees and that we could pay for the old mattress to be uplifted ( which we did). All in all we were very impressed with our experience purchasing from Dreams. I just hope the delivery matches up to this. I think you have a very good representative in Lorraine. Her pitch was just right and I think she is an excellent saleswoman.

We were impressed with the technology showing us what was the ideal bed for us. The selection of pocket spring beds was very good. The salesman was very knowledgeable and we were not rushed or pressurised.
