We were given assitance by Robyn who was great.

Robyn was great and really took her time to ensure we made the right purchase for us.

Lorraine greeted us during our visit and left us to browse quietly at our own time. She approached us again when she saw us looking at mattresses. She asked us if we needed any help or if we knew what we were looking for, we explained that we didn’t have a clue about mattresses but were redecorating in the new year and need a new bed and mattress. She guided us to the sleepmatch machine and explained how it works. Lorraine set up the machine and left us to follow the machines instructions, returning when the machine had finished. She lead us to three different mattresses for us to try and offered us a choice of two pillows to try in the process. Lorraine was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. My partner and I had only went in for a look, however we left after ordering a bedframe, mattress and two pillions along with a duvet and mattress protector! Lorraine’s service was outstanding from the start, she was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy in the slightest. It was lovely to feel so appreciated in store by her, and even to be offered a tea or coffee while we were browsing!

Aaron was a great salesman! Very patient listened to what we wanted but also took time to explain what everything buying a new bed entailed!

Our primary salesman was Aaron. We also spoke a lot with his teammate, John. Both gentlemen were very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. We had specific concerns about sleeping comfortably. Aaron listened to what we were saying and adjusted his feedback accordingly. He was informative without being overly pushy. We felt he pointed us to very helpful options, and gave quality guidance without being manipulative. When my American card wasn't working properly, they were very flexible while we went home and got another card to finalize the purchase with. We were offered refreshments multiple times. There was no awkward lagging. Aaron assisted us throughout our shopping without being too intrusive.

Robyn the assistant was very helpful and explained everything in detail as we went through the sale, she had previously got my wife to check the bed to see which one was best suited for her. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a bed.
