The lady who assisted us, Lorraine, was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. She took the time to understand our needs and didn't pressure us into buying something outwith our current budget, although she did talk us into buying a couple of Tempur pillows which we weren't planning on getting! Overall a very pleasant buying experience.

The store assistant Aaron was very friendly and guided us through for what we where looking for. Could not have been more helpful

I was welcomed when I entered the shop. Informed that he was available to help r any questions I had. Looked around and then requested to get some questions answered. The answers to my questions were detailed and very helpful. On deciding to purchase beds the information on the delivery date and what happens when delivery happened was very prompt and precise and easy to understand. Overall a very satisfying experience.
