Lorraine at the livingston store was proffesional courteous well knowledgeable of all her products ,explained all about the sleep station,and particular about best products ,greeted with a well mannered professional

All staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We were greeted by Aaron who had only started 3 weeks ago but he knew a lot about the products. He described how the Sleep Match machine worked and offered us refreshments while we waited for the results. He then passed us on to Lorraine who discussed our needs, let us try pillows based on our needs and took us round the mattresses that were recommended based on the Sleep Match results. Lorraine wasn't pushy and did not force the sale. You could tell that she was more interested in what we needed rather than what would be a bigger sale for the store. Having visited other bed shops, we would definitely recommend Dreams due to the relaxed, friendly atmosphere compared to other shops.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Tried out the sleep match and were showed various options. Offered a hot drink and order was placed easily and quick delivery
