Dreams - Livingstone

I phoned asked if they had the product requested in stock. it was, when I entered shop the assistant was very helpful took me to the product I requested. the product was then taken to the car for me.

We were attended to by Robyn in the livingston store who was very friendly and down to earth there was no hassling from her and when we did want help she was there to assist. Also her co worker also helped when Robyn was getting the information into the system he was chatting to us which was brilliant. Overall great experience and got a bargin!

I had already shopped at the shop. I wanted the same mattress I bought for my grandson I couldn't remember which one it was. The assistant was very helpful finding the right one. I have now bought 3 beds since May. Really attentive lovely staff

The staff were very friendly & welcoming. John the Manager was very Friendly, helpful, asked me what all my requirements were. He listened then assisted me with them. Programmed it all in bed computer. I lay on this, so the computer worked out what mattress type would suit me. John showed me various mattresses to try out. He helped me throughout. Made a lovely cup of tea too. He also gave me a ok of pillows when I purchased a mattress. He gave us excellent customer service indeed.
