The assistant was helpful right from the moment we walked in, he left us alone until we were ready, he gave us knowledgeable advice on the two beds we had narrowed it down to. He even said if when we get home and the bed won’t fit he will issue a refund

excellent customer service ,well informed staff ease at which we placed our order.Disappointed with cost of removing old bed as very difficult as my Husband is disabled and we are both over 70.
