Dreams - Lowestoft

The gent that served us in the Lowestoft branch was friendly and attentive to our needs. The dreams bed to help us find the right mattress for us was extremely helpful (I’m not adult enough for these big decisions) I can’t remember the gents name but he was amazing from the second we stepped in the door! (Although he wasn’t a fan of my sons Norwich city kit but we can’t all be perfect) I will highly recommend his service and dreams to everyone mentioning buying a bed/matteress

As we were out across most of the town hunting for the right mattress for when we move house, we entered Dream's on Saturday. We were greeted from a friendly member of staff which instantly asked "Good afternoon, could I point you in the right direction?" We don't do well with sales people and initially thought we weren't going to be left alone, but in this case we were able to browse where possible and we were able to ask the staff questions and queries when we felt it was right to. We looked at the great range which Dream's had to offer, including sofa's! After talking with the member of staff about the mattress spec, they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We found the ideal double mattress thanks to the "Dream's Team" for our new home. The members of staff even asked if we wanted bottles of waternand all round wellbeing was looked after upon our visit.

I wasn't looking forward too choosing a mattress as I thought it would take me too long to choose, the process at dreams was simple, thoroughly enjoyed the techno bed to test sleeping position and pressure points and all was simple and easy to choose.

Warm welcome , listened to my needs talked through options. Liked the range of products

Very friendly polite and knowledge of the Assistant was impecable, very impressed with the mechanical Bed, plus the hygenie she used to protect me when i was trying the various mattresses, just so pleased with my complete experiance plus quality of the products, will certainly return should i need pillows etc
