Dreams - Lowestoft

I was welcomed into the store with a lovely greeting and a smile. The assistant asked if I was looking for anything in particular and when I said I wanted to look at ottoman beds, she showed me where they were. She left me to look for a while and then asked if I needed any further help. She explained all the features of the beds and then showed me others that were online. She was very efficient and very easy to talk to with no pressure whatsoever and I had a very happy and relaxed experience.

As soon as we entered we were approach by a very friendly female employee who initially asked if there is anything she could help with and in the first instance, me and my partner just said that we would just browse because we didn't know exactly what to look for and then your employee suggested we use the dreams bed machine simulator that helped us chose the mattress that we would later purchase. We were offered water when we were shown round the suggested mattresses and we're even given a pillow with a disposable cover which I was very pleased about due to covid. We went to other stores to look around as well and inevitably came back to the store where we were once again greeted and offered water, which we accepted and purchased the very first mattress suggested and shown to us. All the staff were very nice and as a young couple, I was very pleased the way we were treated as in other stores, we were ignored and I believe our age may have been part of the reason as to why but the store at North Quay in Lowestoft had lovely welcoming staff. I believe the woman who guided us both times we entered the store was Michaela and she was amazing.

Stephen was very friendly and had exceptional knowledge of the products he was selling. He even stayed open a little longer so I could get a bed right for me and one for my daughter. He knew exactly what he was talking about and nothing was too much trouble. We ended up buying 2 mattresses and two bed frames plus pillow to go with it all!! Will definitely be recommending to my friends and will return in the future !!! Thank you Stephen he is a credit to your store in Lowestoft

My wife and I were meeted and greeted by Michaela at the Dreams store on the North Quay Retail Park, Lowestoft. Michaela was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable on all the products available. She was a real star!
