Micheala was very knowledgeable assisted us throughout our buying journey helped answer all questions and very helpful in fact she was extremely helpful and smiling and happy to help couldn’t of asked for better service.

From the moment we entered the store a member of staff welcomed us. Hand sanitizer was readily available all staff had masks on. The staff member set us up on the bed which enable to tell you what sort of mattress we should have. We were taken to each mattress with our own pillow and tried each one. We were looking to replace our 4 draw divan but after speaking to the staff member we choose an ottoman base unit and a new mattress. All staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend you.

Michaela was exceptional in helping my husband and I to find the right bed for us. I thought the sleep match service was great and gave us confidence in choosing the right mattress for us.

The young lady that assisted us was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. She listened to us and directed us directly to the products we were after. She didn’t ’oversell’ anything but also provided all we needed to make an informed decision. Could not fault her.

The speed of being attended to was quick, also the staff were so friendly. The staffs knowledge of the products were excellent. Very good experience, Thankyou.

After witnessing an employee in Mattressman being extremely rude to a customer who had spent £4500 and receive damaged goods, we decided to go to Dreams instead. We had a completely different experience in Dreams and couldnt have asked for more. Stephen greeted us as soon as we walked in, was extremely helpful in finding the right mattress for us whilst allowing us plenty of time to decide and not pressuring us to buy.
