Staff very helpful and friendly.

The lady that helped me was very helpful - she had been furloughed and had only had her training prior. She liaised with her colleague when she wanted a little help and explained everything fully. She was friendly, knowledgeable and put me at ease.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I was shown the recommended products and didn't feel rushed.

Two members off staff in store were very laid back but helpful. They helped us shop but didnt make us feel pressurised. Ordering was quick and easy too. And delivery is very quick.

First day that shops were opened after lockdown, and the first opportunity to try beds after window shopping online I was greeted warmly by all staff. I was served by Charlie a young woman who was fairly new I think. She couldn't have been more helpful. I was analysed by the computer for suitable mattresses for my health conditions and tried them out. Charlie was knowledgeable about the products, and what she didn't know she asked another assistant. Service was exemplary and I am a happy customer with the service so far. My goods are to be delivered on the date of my choice.

The staff were very attentive. Not to over powering. New what we wanted to hear. Very nice and thorough. Was made to feel welcome.

The young lady (Charlie) was very friendly and helpful. and did not pressure us at all very polite. I would recommend this store to friends and family and will certainly return in the future.
