We visited 3 bed shops overall. Richard was attentive but not pushy, helped us "think around" our needs, outlined clear options. This was the only shop we visited that put a protective cover on the bed.

Phoned up for a product, the lady was very helpful and we were able to go and pick the item up straight away.

Stephen went out of his way to assist with our request, fully knowledgeable in the products. We made an unusual request in the dimensions of the bed, needing it to be high enough off the floor to accommodate our dog to get underneath, Stephen really grasped our request searching for the perfect bed to suit our needs.
