Stephen was so helpful and listened to what we were looking for both when we went into the store ti browse and then again when went in to purchase. He was very friendly.

We were greeted by Richard as soon as we came in to the store and was shown all options of the mattresses they had in the Tempur range, we didn’t feel rushed and were treated very well and was even offered a bottle of water which we kindly accepted. Every little detail was explained to us and Richard was very knowledgeable on the products we looked at. We went for the mattress we wanted with pillows too and Michaela placed our order for us and was very polite and friendly too explaining everything as she went through our bill and delivery. We couldn’t have received any more of a higher customer service, we were overwhelmed by the way we were treated.

Our assistant cheery Richard is highly trained in selling and very informative as far as we was aware from the minute we arrived Richard was there to assist us first testing us on your computer bed to find what suited myself and my wife’s needs then helping us choose the correct bed to suit our needs All at our own pace no pressure hard sales stayed with us until we found the correct bed we are more than happy with our selection and I gotta say without Richard help through out our visit we probably would not have purchased our new bed and pillows now we can’t wait to receive our new divan ottoman bed to finally get a good nights sleep thanks dreams and especially Richard (354) For all your help definitely recommend to friends and family
