Hugo made us feel very welcome with a kind and friendly approach with a great knowledge of what would suit our needs the best. He was very friendly and made the experience feel very personal and allowing us to compare different mattresses to give us a variety of choices to choose from.

We visited the store twice in one day, the first time was to browse and seek assistance to help us make up our minds compared to other store brands. We were met at the door and looked after straight away with offers of water and expert advice, the knowledge and care we received was very high and nothing was to much trouble. We left the store to look elsewhere but came back in part because of the customer service and the product and price . We were thanked by several staff for coming back and again the service was top notch. We ordered our product and left very happy after again the staff being kind and informative. Will definatly return and recommend. Thsnk you

Advisor was always close at hand but not intrusive, and was helpful and friendly. Did not press us to buy which was helpful as we were able to consider and change the bed we eventually purchased to include extras such as ottoman storage and ensure super king size would fit our bedroom.

Hugo was very friendly and extremely helpful from the moment we walked through the door! Smiled from start to finish and we had plenty of laughs (especially at the ‘dip’ I have in my bed) 😁 social distancing was good and the rest of the staff were friendly and polite too. All done and sorted really quickly, very happy with our experience at Dreams 😊
