Hugo was very friendly and extremely helpful from the moment we walked through the door! Smiled from start to finish and we had plenty of laughs (especially at the ‘dip’ I have in my bed) 😁 social distancing was good and the rest of the staff were friendly and polite too. All done and sorted really quickly, very happy with our experience at Dreams 😊

Advisor was always close at hand but not intrusive, and was helpful and friendly. Did not press us to buy which was helpful as we were able to consider and change the bed we eventually purchased to include extras such as ottoman storage and ensure super king size would fit our bedroom.

Hugo was very friendly & gave us a lot of time & opportunity to try out mattresses etc. We had no prior experience of buying a bed so our needs were assessed well & we were offered a lot of time & not pressured into anything.

Knowledgable friend staff, took us through all the suitable mattresses that were available. We were welcomes on arrival and skilfully guided around the products resulting in us buying mattress, mattress cover and new duvet.
