We were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in the door, everything was very well explained to us, thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.

I was impressed with the bright modern store, exterior and interior, which is Dreams, when I entered. First time I had been in. I was soon approached by Stephen, who was friendly, informative and helpful throughout my visit. After being in the store for only a couple of minutes, I knew that I would not need to go elsewhere in my quest to purchase a decent mattress. I was very impressed by the mechanical 'test-bed' which was helpful in presenting options for me. Did'nt know they existed. Altogether a satisfying experience.

From the time we entered the staff were extremely helpful and polite. Knowledge on products excellent and told to take our time when trying out the beds.. hygiene excellent when doing this and generally in store.
