From the time we entered the staff were extremely helpful and polite. Knowledge on products excellent and told to take our time when trying out the beds.. hygiene excellent when doing this and generally in store.

Great service from employee ( Hugo ) .He Talked us through all the different types of beds that would suit us after we had been on the sleep bed and made us lay down on each bed.

Gent who sold me the bed was quick and efficient im not one for spending ages im a quick choose quick out! sold me the extra care which sounded great. even more so as I appreciated the salesman being in sales myself this could have pushed his targets up. Thanks again

Great service without pressure from Richard. Took time to make up my mind.. changed between 2 mattresses a few times!! Very patient, attentive assistant!! Offered bottled water a few times. Went on the mattress matcher. Thank you for great service at the Lowestoft store.
