From getting into the store, the assistant was, a great listener, friendly, very welcoming and help me choose the best for me, my comfort. With that, I will say thank you very greatly

I went to Dreams Milton Keynes to find a bed since I saw an advert on their website.. the staffs there were very helpful and explain every little detail for us, they even offered us hot drink (for whole family,since we were coming with 2 of my children too) We ended up got the bed frame,then back home decided to also get a mattress online...very satisfied with the price too since there are spring sale.. really recommended

The gentleman who helped us at the store was extremely pleasant, welcoming and helpful. He responded to our many questions and looked for the best solution for us including offering us guidance on what kind of mattress will be best suited. I definitely am recommending the store in Milton Keynes to all my friends. Great service! Cant wait to enjoy my bed and mattress. Thank you Dreams!

The staff member had a great knowledge for the product I was looking at, even though I went into the store not long before closing he didn't rush and still took the time to help me out and process the order

Staff member Keith was very helpful in understanding our needs and helped us pick the perfect mattress, he also recommended me a pillow to help with my back and shoulder pains which led to me buying it. Keith offered us a drink and made sure our needs were met. All the way through he was helpful and provided excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Colin who served us was very friendly and knowledgable. It was the first time we had purchased a bed together so didn’t really know what to expect. The process was actually quite fun with the measuring machine. We left having found the perfect bed within our budget.

The lady in shop was so helpful and gave us a lot of advice on what we were buying a lot of pro knowledge
