Myself and my partner found it extremely easy and all staff we came across on both day’s were helpful in particular Charlotte. She listened to what we wanted and found us the perfect match and stayed within our budget which I appreciated. I didn’t find her pushy at all and when we said we would go away and come back I felt that she listened and understood that. We returned the following day and bought the mattress without going to any other store because the experience was just so positive. I found the Covid management in the store was well handled and the hand sanitizer at the door encouraged people to use it and also liked having to lay on my own paper. I feel the staff in the store had it well set up to not only protect themselves but also customers and it made the experience much more enjoyable.

The sales lady (Charlie I think) was very personable and professional. She got to an understanding of what we wanted really quickly so we didn’t have to spend time looking at lots of products. She was really excellent.
