Based on this, and our description of what we wanted, Tina showed us 3 different mattresses to try and from the feedback narrowed this down to one plus a new one to try. She was very friendly and patient, conscious and diligent with the social distancing. Water was also offered to us, which was good as we had been in store for a bit. The purchase process was also easy and she advised of the options. The only uncomfortable thing is maybe to sit someone in the store near the other customers and assistants and have to reveal your salary.
