Colin was very helpful and friendly, catering to our needs. The store was clean and social distancing guidelines were followed exactly. Our order was processed quickly and some very good recommendations were made for other products/accessories.

I went into the store having an idea of what i wanted but not really knowing where to start. After visiting other stores in the retail park and receiving no assistance I wasnt expecting to end up making a purchase that day, but the service i received at Dreams was amazing. As someone that lives with a vulnerable person shopping is a bit of a worry, but the social distancing and PPE provided made me feel comfortable, as did the friendly and helpful staff. Mo helped me in particular, and really listened to my needs to find exactly the mattress i wanted without me ever feeling like i was being pushed into a sale or forced to look at the most expensive items. The way the shop was set out was easy to understand and made the experience far less confusing than in other stores. Although there was a bit of a longer wait time on the mattress than exepected i am more than happy to wait on basis of the customer service alone. Overall one of my favourite shopping experiences ever - Thank you!
