The sales team were very knowledgeable,no pressure selling and products were good.

We only had a short wait to get into the shop, and we were greeted by Dom. He kindly asked us to sanitise and we were offered bottled water. We were asked what we were looking for, and after saying we wanted a mattress to go with our previously ordered bed, Dom put us on the Sleepmatch machine. This match us to some mattresses and Dom took us around those mattresses and explained in great detail the difference in each and what we can expect to feel compared to the others. He also answered any questions we had and allowed us to try some other mattresses. We were able to stay distanced from other shoppers at all time. Dom also explained all the deals we were eligible for and made sure we made the most of them... can't wait for us mattress to arrive!

The sales assistant was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, full of humor, took time to make sure we had the right bed and mattress for our needs. Was very clean and steps in place to protect customers and staff. Overall a very good experience
