The colleague that we dealt with, Colin, was knowledgable, courteous and explained the system used in your store to assess our requirements and to ensure we understood the process. He then explained how we would proceed once the assessment was complete.

The quality of the product was exactly what we were looking for. Don was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding mattress types and sleeping positions and we learnt that for the last 10 years we had been sleeping on the wrong style of mattress. We would certainly use Dreams again!

Very helpful and informative

We knew the product we wanted but had left it late to order, we were surprised by the cost as only a spare bed, so we went to dunlems and Bensons. We didn’t think the quality was as good or the customer service so we returned to dreams and placed our order.

Having looked online we had an idea what we wanted, 2 single beds. The assistant (Colin) in the shop was very helpful in giving us lead times, colour options etc. We were impressed with the friendly and efficient service and because of that we decided while we were there we might also buy a king mattress. We were able to try as many as we wanted. We did buy the beds we wanted and the mattress and were able to choose convenient delivery dates. All in all it was a very favourable experience and we would certainly go back to the same store if we have any future needs.
