Colin, the store assistant was very welcoming and very patient during our visit. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us. We were very pleased.

We were greeted at the door by Dom! We were offered bottled water and we cleaned our hands at the door! Gloves were also an option! We we were given paper towels to try the beds and pillows. We used the sleeping machine to pick our mattress then Dom showed us around the shop and told us all the information for each mattress and answered all questions we had! The order was placed easily and Dom ensure we got the pillow deals and half price on our duvet! Really pleased, thank you

When we arrived we were greeted really nicely by all staff, in particular Sarah. Sarah went out of her way to help us , offer us water, provide pillows and PPE to assist us when trying mattresses , showing us the sleep match, helped us find the best mattresses and beds which were in our price range whilst still making us have an enjoyable experience which didn’t make us feel pressured like other places. Going through the whole process was so much fun and we couldn’t imagine finding a better sales person than Sarah. It was a great experience from start to finish and found just what we were looking for to go in our first home.
