My daughter drove me to Milton Keynes Dreams. Charlotte met us at the door as there is restricted admittance. She was ready with information I needed as she had answered the phone when I called earlier. I am old, deaf and indecisive but Charlotte was very helpful and extremely patient. She was ready to give us her full attention for as long as we needed. She knew what I wanted and was able to offer suggestions for me to make comparisons. It took almost an hour for me to settle on a base, mattress and headboard and then Charlotte placed the order and planned a time convenient to me for delivery later. The whole morning was very successful and much more enjoyable than expected, mainly due to such good service.
