Welcomed the moment we entered the store by Dominik. He was very polite, asked well structured questions to gauge our needs. Made informed suggestions based on our feedback and provided very helpful support in finding the ideal mattress. Was patient whilst we trialled a few products and provided water whilst doing so. It was first time buying a mattress so the support was highly appreciated.

We were looked after by Colin who took the time to show us all the various mattresses and beds and explaining the differences in the products available he also explained the credit side of it with the various options available

The lady that helped us was amazing she told us about all the mattress choices and help us with what type we needed, we always thought we needed medium turns out firm is better for us after using the machine lol She got us a great deal on the mattress and we got duvet, pillows and a mattress protector thrown in with the price and delivery in 4 days!! AMAZING
